Hulk Hogan Launches New Energy Drink: Hogan Energy
Posted by Justin under Personal, review
“YOU WANT ENERGY BROTHER?…
NOW YOU’VE GOT IT!”

Hulk hogan has launched a new energy drink mix that comes in these little packets. The packets are handy kind of like those kool-aid and other such packets you can buy in the stores. They have a free trial going on, I just ordered mine to try it out. I’m kind of amped to get them actually, when’s the last time you saw Hulk Hogan endorse something? I mean I’ve got to buy it almost because of that…plus it’s free except for shipping, so what am I out in the end, right?
These “extreme energy granules” claim to do the following:
- Immediate Mental Clarity and Focus
- Fell awake, alert and productive for hours
- Rapid energy jolt without jitters or crash
- Combat morning grogginess or afternoon lulls
- Tastes Great!
This will no doubt be a great gag gift at the very least, I can’t wait for my box to arrive, I’ll let you know how it tastes, or you could just try it yourself. I am completely comfortable shelling out the $3.95 to try the Hulk’s “amazing” new energy drink, haha.
Maybe it will make me remember the good ol’ days of wrestling, steroids and spandex.

I did and I can’t wait to get it.

Netflix on XBox 360 Review
Posted by Justin under motorcycles, Personal, review, xbox360
Living in the dorms on a military base, I chose to just stick with the internet rather than getting hosed by the ONE cable provider we’re provided with on base, which has a monopoly so as you’d guess their service is absolutely horrible.
Simply because they know you have no other choice.
Now I do have an hdtv and it happens to have a VGA port so I can hook my laptop up to it. With all the video sites around now and NetFlix and it’s competitors offering viewing of entire movies on their web-sites I said no thanks to cable….
Then a while back while I was waiting god knows how long for my xbox 360 to get back from their repair depot. (Click Here to read that horror story) I had read about Netflix offering the ability to stream movies through xbox live. This sounded fantastic to me as that is what I primarily use netflix for since I’m not a big fan of waiting a day or two to get the dvd.

My Cash for Christmas
Posted by Justin under Personal, review
With Christmas only a few days away I thought I’d post this. I don’t make a whole lot of money so coming up with cash for the holidays is no easy task in itself. This year I found myself scrounging for dough. Not really financially able to get what my family deserved with our tightening economic crunch and my lack of any credit cards I thought maybe I’d try one of these holiday loan things.
So I found this “my cash for christmas” site and thought I’d give it a whirl. I plan on paying it back relatively quickly as I only needed a small loan. And this worked out great for me. The response was instant and I got the cash within a business day to go get the gifts I needed. I got my family everything that was reasonable and I could afford. I’ll pay the loan off after the 1st when I get my check and already made a small payment on it.
I think I’ll probably do this next year.

My XBox 360 Horror Story/Experience: UPDATE
Posted by Justin under Personal, review, xbox360
This is an update to my previous post on my experience with Microsoft XBox 360′s customer support
So, I finally recieved my Xbox 360 after a little more than 2 months. I ended up having to go to UPS myself to pick it up because for some reason they could not get the address right for the SECOND time. There was no issue when they sent the empty box for me to ship it to them the first time. Yet when it came time to send me the replacement they simply could not get the address right.
The first time they forgot the apartment number, and it was sent back to their repair facility. Then when it came back the second time with the

Phone Rep: “No, You need a real address..”
Justin (Wyatt): “But, I do have a real address, it’s on a military base and your web application on xbox support won’t accept it?”
Rep: “Well, uh, you need a real address…”
Justin: “That is a REAL Address!”
Rep: “No, it’s not, uhm, you need a real address”
My thoughts: (I think this guy clearly is a mental degenerate.)
Justin: “Well, can I speak with someone who’s not an idiot please?”
Rep: “Well, sir there’s nothing we can do for you unless you have another address.”
Justin: “Well…sir, let me speak to your supervisor…”
(Insert another 2 hours worth of phone conversations over the course of about 10 phone calls)
Well, if you can’t tell from that I happen to unfortunately own a Microsoft Xbox 360 that I got for a bargain price off a friend a few months ago, that I cannot complain about. However, just recently (a couple months ago now) I suffered the infamous “red ring of death” like so many of my fellow xbox owners. I had just purchased Saints Row 2 and was amped to put it in and start playing. I get to the loading new game screen and sdafdsccrsssssssssshhhhh, the xbox starts making all kinds of unnatural noises and freezes.
I start it up again to see to my not-so-surprised face that I have those god damn three red lights.
“Fuck.”
So I start checking on the XBox support web-site what I can do about this. I find after putting in my

Enders Game Book Review
Posted by Justin under Personal, review
Enders Game by Orson Scott Card
A Review:
I came across this book a few weekends ago on Google books and could not put it down. I read all of Enders Game start to finish in one sitting. Although, google books only offered a preview for Enders Game, a quick trip to the base library gave me the whole thing. I believe the google preview is good til about half-way through the book if you just want to start it to see if you’d enjoy Enders Game.
Although it seems like a book I would’ve read when I was a little younger, it still had a very clear message that would apply to anyone I think. If you’re a bit of a sci-fi nerd like myself you will definitely enjoy all it’s space/technology-ridden plot. I found this on some site listing the top sci-fi books of all time, it was number ONE. I definitely agree with that list, it rivals even Issac Asimov’s short story “The Last Question” which is another favorite of mine.
I have no idea how this gem slipped by me for so long. I wish I had read it much younger then I might not feel like such a fool writing this blog about it. I’d have to say my favorite part is the end which I can’t give away I guess cause then this would be a spoiler rather than a review. It amazes me how dead-on some of Orson Scott Card’s guesses were to how the future would be in regards to computers anyway. They have these “desks” which are much like a laptop or something today that access the “nets.” They send messages/play games/whatever on them, his descriptions are almost exactly what the internet is today.
There is also Ender’s brother in the book, “Peter,” he has this uncanny resemblance in his description to that movie with McCally Culkin in The Good Son. He is constantly trying to murder, torture anyone and everyone, and is one manipulative bastard. If I had to take a guess the writer’s of that movie took a note or two from this book.
If you have some spare time or are looking for a good fiction read I fully recommend this book to add to your collection, you will not be disappointed. It just so happens amazon has a GREAT deal on it which you can buy through the link above. It’s a pretty short read (around 300 pages) and it will definitely keep you interested, don’t let the childish graphic on the cover fool you, there is some great content. It will be a title you will remember for years, Enders Game is seriously a great fiction book.
